Each Shadows of Magick Sabbat box is a limited one-time preorder tied to a specific Sabbat on the Wheel of the Year. When a preorder window opens, you have until the closing date to purchase your box. Once the window closes, that box is gone — no restocks, no late orders. Your box is then crafted with intention and shipped approximately two weeks before the Sabbat. Sign up for Whispers from the Shadows to get early access notifications before each new window opens.

All orders are processed within up to 7 business days. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier. Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed — once your order is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control.

We have a 30-day return policy on eligible items. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Yes — every candle is hand-poured by Jaeger in Arizona with intention and care. No mass production, no shortcuts. Each one is made in small batches using 100% soy wax to ensure quality and consistency.

We use fragrance oils rather than essential oils in our candles. While essential oils are natural, many are toxic when heated and dispersed into the air — particularly for pets and those with sensitivities. Fragrance oils allow us to create rich, complex scents without the safety concerns that come with some essential oils.

Every fragrance we use is carefully sourced and held to high standards of safety and quality. We believe what goes into your space matters as much as the intention behind it.
