We craft every order with intention and care. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, contact us at theshadowsofmagick@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the situation and do what we can to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Candles — all candle sales are final, whether lit or unlit
- Digital products — PDF grimoire pages and any other digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased
- Sale items & gift cards — all sales are final
- Custom or personalized orders — these are made with intention specifically for you and cannot be returned

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return your eligible item and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition received — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase. Please note this does not apply to digital products, candles, custom orders, or other non-returnable items listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at theshadowsofmagick@gmail.com.
