Shipping Policy
Every order that leaves our hands is packed with care and intention. Here's what you can expect when you shop with us.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within up to 7 business days of purchase. Orders are processed year round, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. If you have questions about your order status, reach us at theshadowsofmagick@gmail.com.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. We ship using multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx — the carrier used will depend on your order. We occasionally run free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website and social media when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Please note that all delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shadows of Magick is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future — sign up for our newsletter, Whispers from the Shadows, to be the first to know when that changes.
Expedited Shipping
We do not currently offer expedited shipping options, but we plan to in the future. Stay tuned.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, Shadows of Magick is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you are still unable to resolve the issue, reach out to us at theshadowsofmagick@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theshadowsofmagick@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to make it right.
